correct:We can get different nutrients from meat, fruits and vegetables.
言いたかったこと：肉やフルーツや野菜から違う栄養をとることができる。
nutritionとnutrientの違いは難しいですね。辞書で調べた限りではよくわからなかったです。こちらの知恵袋の回答がわかりやすかったのでリンクをはっておきます。

I said:There is a woman who is making plans.
correct:The woman is making plans.
言いたかったこと：計画を立てている女の人がいます。
わざわざThere is～を使わなくてもよかったですね。
I said:She looks like sad.
correct:She looks sad. or She looks worried.
言いたかったこと：彼女は悲しそうだ
～のようだという用法で使われる「look～」と「look like～」ですが、look like～は後に文が続き、look～は後に形容詞のみが来るという違いがあります。
例 He looks tired.（lookなので形容詞のみ）
She looks like she is tired.（look like なので文が続く）
You look like you are hungry.（look like なので文が続く）
I said:There is a pen and two papers.
correct:There is a pen and two pieces of paper.
言いたかったこと：1本のペンと2枚の紙があります。
昔習いましたね。紙とかケーキとか飲み物などの数えられない名詞はこういう風に表現するって。すっかり忘れていました。

a piece of cake→two pieces of cake
a cup of coffee→two cups of coffee
a glass of water→two glasses of water
a can of beer→two cans of beer

I said:I usually send postcard to my friends at January 1st.
correct:I usually send postcards to my friends every January 1st.
言いたかったこと：いつも１月１日に年賀状を友達に送ってます。
毎年1月１日に送るので「every」を使います。every week,every month,every Mondayなど他の語を使って習慣をあらわせます。
I said:I'm going to take a reservation about hotel.
correct:I'm going to make a reservation at a hotel.
言いたかったこと：ホテルの予約を取ろうと思います
予約をとるは「make a reservation」でした。TOEICとかでもよくでてくる熟語なので間違えずに言いたかったです。 あと前置詞の使い方をいまだに間違えます。
発音違い
quite[kwayt] quiet[kwah-yit] quit[kwit]
微妙に全部発音が違うのでややこしいです。
