I said:I think going to the gym is healthy.

better:I think going to the gym is good for the health.

言いたかったこと：ジムに行くのは健康的だと思います。

自分が使ったようにはhealthyは使わないみたいです。playing sports is healthyとかも言わないのかな？

I said:The library shelf is made of tree.

better:The library shelf is made of wood.

言いたかったこと：その本棚は木でできています。

素材としての木＝木材を表現する場合にはwoodを使うようです

I said:I think do not afraid is important.

better:I think not being afraid is important.

言いたかったこと：恐れないことは重要だと思います。

そもそもafraidが動詞じゃなくて形容詞なのでdo not afraidは使い方としておかしいですね。
